In this class Frederick will teach you the fundamental basics to create wonderful baked items using the staple items in your kitchen pantry.

In this class Frederick will teach you the fundamental basics to create wonderful baked items using the staple items in your kitchen pantry.
We will be working with choux pastry, puff pastry, sweet pastry and savoury pastry.

With our new pastry skills we will create such timeless classics as;
- Chocolate Éclairs
- Ham hock, cheddar and caramelised onion tart
- Triple Mocha Tart
- Vanilla Slice

Along with all things pastry, we shall savour the aroma of freshly baked bread along with the taste and colour.
Learn how to make a variety of breads from a selection of staples, sugar and yeast.
We shall bake Traditional Irish soda bread, Focaccia Genoan and French brioche, all of which will showcase the techniques, methods and ingredients to gain the best from traditional bread making.

$120 per guest (four hours duration)
In this particular class, you will get to take home a selection of your creations.
