If you have been fortunate to sample Frederick’s beef fillet in our restaurant, you will no doubt agree it sure is his signature dish. In the class you will learn the tips and techniques on how to best present this favourite ingredient of Frederick’s to your friends and family.

The menu for the class you will be guided through the following dishes;

- How to prepare the perfect beef fillet
- Slow braised beef cheeks
- Beef bourguignon pot pies
- Beef Wellington
- Accompanied by an array of stunning side dishes

Followed by Frederick’s decadent chocolate fondant.

This class will feature an array of Rickety Gate Shiraz including our Reserve range.

$130 per guest (four hours duration)
