Every now and then, one should indulge in this fabulous ingredient – Frederick shall introduce you to how best to utilize the finest of chocolate’s across a selection of recipes that will impress your family and friends.

Our class menu will include;

Chocolate and salted caramel trifle
Beetroot and chocolate fudge cake
Dark chocolate fondant
Petite chocolate mousse with toasted coconut and berry coulis
Chocolate mocha tart
White chocolate tiramisu
Double chocolate and peanut butter cheesecake

Hands-on class
$120 per guest (four hours duration)
In this class, you shall take home a selection of items to share
Take home recipe package to allow you to replicate your creations

Whilst we endeavour to cater for our gluten intolerant guests in each class, this class is not suitable on this occasion.
