Followed by accepting the role of Executive Chef of RiverBank Estate Winery and then as Executive Chef of Sandalford’s Winery, both in The Swan Valley.

In early 2012 I visited Denmark, Western Australia with my family and this wonderful visit lead to us making a huge life change and relocating our family and business …..
April of 2013 saw us making the big move and announced the opening of ‘Kirby’s at Rickety Gate’, our Cooking School and Fine Dining Restaurant located at the stunning Rickety Gate Estate, Denmark.
